Nicole Harper

Nicole joined Thomas Development Co. in June of 2020 as Asset Manager and oversees and manages the Thomas Development Co. residential and commercial portfolio.

Nicole works closely with property management companies to ensure that compliance and performance of each property operates to its full potential. She assists in property management responsible for Thomas Development Co.'s commercial portfolio.

Prior to Thomas Development Co., Nicole worked as a Regional Supervisor at a property management company and has been in Affordable Housing since 2010.

She has overseen a variety of programs from Section 8 Project Based Housing, LIHTC, 811s PRACs, HOME/HTF, to unique Voucher Programs with Severely Mentally Ill Chronically Homeless individuals.

Nicole has extensive training in Fair Housing, Tax Credit, HOME, and HUD. Nicole is Low-Income Housing Tax Credit certified, serves on the AHMA-PSW boards as the Director of Arizona, and holds a Real Estate License in Arizona.
