Evelyn Camp

Evelyn joined Thomas Development Co. in March 2022 as a Development Associate. Evelyn currently has the responsibility of working with the development portfolio which includes properties in Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, and Arizona. She works closely with state housing agencies, lenders, tax credit equity partners, and other members of the development team, assisting in the timely completion of successful tax credit applications and loan and partnership.

During the construction phase, she works with the general contractor and architect to minimize job cost overruns, delays, and addressing unexpected circumstances in a timely and cost-effective manner consistent with Thomas Development Co.’s standards of excellence.

Prior to working at Thomas Development Co., Evelyn worked in banking for over 30 years. She worked for U.S. Bank for over 10 years, Idaho Independent Bank for over 18 years as an Operations Officer and two-and-a-half years as a Customer Service Manager for Mountain West Bank.
