Seapointe Apartments offers affordable, independent living, one-bedroom apartments for seniors and persons with disabilities.

Thomas Development Co. teamed with Northwest Integrity Housing Co., the Idaho Housing and Finance Association, and the City of Lewiston gave new life to an old apartment complex in Lewiston, Idaho.


Completed in the fall of 2012, the $1.5 million renovation resulted in Seapointe Apartments. Included is a spacious community center and the complex is located within minutes of Senior services, shopping, medical services, parks, recreation, and public transportation.
