BANDON RIVER

Bandon River Apartments bring affordable, Senior independent living to residents of Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Developed by Thomas Development Co. and Northwest Integrity Housing Co., Bandon River is part of the Snake River Landing, a 400-acre master-planned waterfront community on the Snake River in the heart of Idaho Falls. The apartments earned the US Green Building Council LEED for Homes Platinum certification. They offer affordable rental housing for eligible individuals, aged 62 and older.
