Rosslare Senior Apartments offers affordable, senior, independent living at 1085 Hoopes Ave., Idaho Falls, Idaho. Rosslare was the second development in Idaho to receive the US Green Building Council's LEED for Homes Platinum certification. The first was Cardona in Chubbuck, Idaho, another Thomas Development Co. community.
