The Meadowlands is a US Green Building Council LEED for Homes Platinum-certified development meaning careful attention was paid to sustainable design, energy savings, environmentally preferred materials and durable construction practices. The development is designed to capture on-site storm water runoff, has been cleared of invasive species and uses low VOC materials.
